Orders are fulfilled within 1 - 3 business days from our warehouse Monday through Friday, except holidays.
- Orders placed on Sunday (or holidays) will be fulfilled within the next 1 -2 business days.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.
If you do not recieve a shipment confirmation email once your order is placed check any junk or spam folders or email info@thremedico.com for any shipment updates.

SHIPPING RATES - CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Free Standard shipping for orders $55.00 and over
$6.50 for Standard shipping for orders under $65.00
*Applies to the continental U.S. only. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a shipping rate of $5 for all orders - both below and above $65.00
Address Changes
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is listed prior to submitting any orders. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete and correct address, including apartment, suite, and unit numbers. If you need to update your shipping address, email info@theremedico.com immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed. If your order is shipped prior to your address being updated, it is (the customer’s) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update your shipping address and or reroute the order package.
Invalid Addresses
If we are unable to validate your shipping address, your order may be canceled and refunded to you.
Returned Order Packages
If your package is returned for any reason, you will be issued a (shipping costs not included) refund.
Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
