How to tell if your skin is dehydrated?

The pinch test

Try lightly pinching a small area of your skin and hold for a few seconds. If the skin takes a few moments to bounce back you’re most likely dehydrated.

Treating dehydration can be fairly simple with some lifestyle changes.

  • Exercise regularly

  • Replenish fluids after workouts

  • Drink more water ( recommended eight 8oz glasses per day)

  • Make sure you’re getting the right amount of sleep

  • Get a humidifier for your bedroom
